1. Eligibility
All eligible purchases completed during the campaign period will automatically participate in this promotion.
2. One Reward Per User
Each user is eligible to receive only one promotional reward during this campaign.
If a user qualifies for multiple rewards by purchasing different eligible strategy contracts, only the reward with the highest value will be awarded.
Example:
Purchase a USD $1,099 strategy contract and a USD $16,999 strategy contract during the campaign.
The user will receive one iPhone 17 only.
The Suitcase reward will not be provided in addition.
3. Shipping Address Requirement
To receive a physical reward, users must submit a complete and accurate shipping address when making an eligible purchase.
SaintQuant will verify whether the provided address is located within a supported shipping country or region.
If delivery is available, the physical reward will be shipped.
If delivery is not available to the user's country or region, the physical reward will be replaced with cash of equivalent value, which will be credited directly to the user's SaintQuant account balance.

4. Reward Confirmation
Reward eligibility will be finalized after the campaign has ended.
After verification is completed:
Eligible physical rewards will be arranged for shipment.
Cash rewards (where applicable) will be credited to the user's SaintQuant account balance.
5. Email Notification
Once rewards have been processed, SaintQuant will send a confirmation email to the user's registered email address.
For physical rewards, the email may include:
Courier information
Tracking number (when available)
Estimated delivery information
For cash rewards, the email will confirm the credited amount.
6. Taxes and Duties
In principle, SaintQuant does not charge any taxes related to this promotional campaign.
However, if local laws or regulations require recipients to declare or pay taxes on promotional gifts, rewards, or imported goods, the user is solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
7. Accurate Shipping Information
Users are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address.
SaintQuant is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost shipments resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Invalid recipient details
Failure to receive the package due to user-provided information
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of incorrect information submitted by the user, the reward will not be reissued or compensated.
8. Fraud Prevention
SaintQuant reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, abuse of this promotion, or any behavior intended to manipulate the campaign.
9. Campaign Changes
SaintQuant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, legal requirements, or force majeure.
Any changes will be announced through SaintQuant's official communication channels.
10. Final Interpretation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaintQuant reserves the right of final interpretation of this promotional campaign.
